Miki is CEO of KIDBOX, the first kid’s style box to deliver cool brands, significant savings and a mission to clothe children in need.
Prior to KIDBOX, Miki was President, Digital Commerce & Chief Marketing Officer at Chico’s FAS where she oversaw the Digital Commerce business and Marketing strategy for three distinct brands, Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma Intimates. She was Chief Marketing Officer at Tory Burch from 2009 to 2014 where she was responsible for global Marketing, Public Relations and Ecommerce. Prior to joining Tory Burch, Miki was Senior Vice President of Marketing at Ralph Lauren where she spent many years developing and leading multi-channel marketing strategy for the retail businesses. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Limited Too /Tween Brands and Experian North America.
An early adopter of digital innovation, ecommerce and multi-channel customer experience, Miki is actively involved in Shop.org, the digital division of the National Retail Federation, where she served on the Board of Directors including a term as Chairman. Miki is now serving as Chairman of the NRF CMO Council. She is also a member of the inaugural Google Retail Advisory Council.
Miki earned a bachelor degree from the University of Iowa and a masters degree from Northwestern University. She was recognized in 2011 as one of the “Top Women in Cross-Channel Retail,” in 2013 as one of Brand Innovators “Top 50 Women Brand Marketers,” as one of the “Ten of Tomorrow” by Women’s Wear Daily, and received the “Silver Plaque Award” from the NRF in 2015 for her contributions to the retail industry.
