Lee Chan is a luxury industry consultant working with the CTG group at Flex, leading fashion technology strategy, launching new business platforms, creating innovative design and dynamic program launches, with a focus on the intersection of fashion and technology. Lee works with the world’s leading organizations to provide leadership for new product segments and solving business challenges with innovative solutions that connect to their customers. With more than 25 years of deep industry knowledge and experience across multi- discipline sectors and product categories, Lee is highly skilled in forging strong relationships with brands and industry leaders to think differently about future of design and retailing.
Prior to Flex, Lee was the Divisional Vice President for Jewelry and Accessories for the Coach and Reed Krakoff brands, leading planning, development and execution of new products. Before that, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Ippolita, responsible for all product development, operations, logistics and manufacturing for the Fine collection and private label. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President for John Hardy, managing all go-to-market and operations for the Global Market segment. Lee began her career with Swatch Group as Vice President of Sales Operations, leading all retail and wholesales segments across Swatch group segments.
